Terms for booking and payment

​

Many of our activites take place in an environment where danger and accidents can occur. Our most important task is to ensure your safety, and sometimes that means we cannot carry out the planned trip, but instead find a better alternative. This also requires that you are aware of your own responsibility in participating at our tours. You must familiarize yourself with the trip / event you will take part in, and if you are unsure whether it´s suitable for you, do not hesitate to contact us. During the trip you must follow the guide´s advice and/or instructions, as in many situations this can be crucial to ensure your safety.

* When booking an activity, all participants are obliged to inform about illness and/or physical or medical conditions which may be relevant to ensure safety during the planned activity.

Registration and payment​

• The agreement with our terms and conditions, is considered accepted by the participants written confirmation and/or completed payment

• Booking of a group tour takes place through our online booking system, and is fully paid at the time of the booking

• For private tours or larger events, invoice or payment-link are sent out before the tour starts

Cancellation and refund

We do not offer cancellation protection, travel- or accident insurance on our activities. This is the individual guest´s responsibility, and we recommend checking that your own travel and accident insurance covers the planned activity.

• Cancellation earlier than 30 days before the tour start, will be fully refunded

• Cancellation between 29 - 15 days before the tour start, you will pay 25% of total amount

• Cancellation between 14 - 8 days before the tour start, you will pay 50% of total amount

• Cancellation less than 8 days before the tour start or no show, you will pay 100% of total amount

If the booking inculdes several people and the total price implies a discount or refusal due to the number of participants - the basis for the discount may be lost if someone cancel.

Move a booking

• An event can be rescheduld, but specially at short notice it requires that we get another booking on the original date.

• A new date must be agreed based on our capacity

• For events where other costs than the guide are included, moving may mean that other costs has to be covered.

In case of bad weather, or conditions​

• In case of bad weather or conditions, we may have to change the planned activity. In such cases, we will offer an alternative activity the same day, which is as similar as possible to the original activity. In such cases the participant pays for the event that is carried out. Should the participant not wish to take part in the alternative we offer, it is considered as a cancellation and terms of cancellation will apply.

Age limit at our activities

• We have many children joining our acitivites, and these must be accompanied by an adult

• When booking, we would like to be informed about age, so that we can adapt the trip as best as possible

• Our open group tours have a minimum age for participation, which is specified during each acitivity

• If the children are not old enough for a group tour, you are welcome to book a private tour

• You must be 18 years of age to travel without and adult, unless otherwise are agreed
